Namas’Cray encompasses a timeline of my journey to self-discovery, overcoming the formidable millennial-challenge of balancing a social life, and a work life while trying to find mental clarity and physical fitness through yoga. This is not another forum for the flexibly elite –who have intimidatingly mastered yoga and well, life—but rather, for the everyday individual simply seeking realistic balance.
My primary interest is to educate millennials that stress, and stress related illness are real and can be prevented. Also, that there is a need to understand and exercise balance in all aspects of life.
While the challenge for me is in trying to regain the flexibility I once developed again, yours may be trying something new and daring way to maintain your sanity and fitness. Whatever the motive, just remember that It is perfectly acceptable to begin again –the trick is to first begin.
